BACKGROUND:

For two years now, a certain extremely clearly-formed and visually distinct Figment has wandered the Yumemigaoka dreamsphere. 24/7. 7 days a week. It is very clear that nwhoever this person is, he does not spend any time waking the fuck up. Until recently, he was always completely silent -- it turns out he lost a bunch of pieces of himself across the dreamsphere, including his ability to talk, and only recently recovered his power of speech.

Curiously, he's a dead ringer for the avatar and screen-name of a high-profile raider in a popular MMO... one who dropped off the face of the earth two years ago. Huh. Wonder what happened there.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: A tall (221cm / 7'2") monster resembling both a bug and a knight. His gossamer wings, gleaming with a slight rainbow, are usually the sole pop of color on him, amid all the black chitin. A broken chain trails from his arm, and a tiny, tiny, empty hourglass dangles from near the end of one of his long, trailing antennae.

Occasionally, his appearance will shift while retaining the same core theme, with different formations of plates, small splashes of red or gold. A natural side effect of being a dream creature, of course, and totally not because I want to be able to switch between his different costumes for my icons.

AURAL: A deep, garbled and distorted voice, perfectly fit for bestial snarls and HRMPHs.

Anyway if you wanna hear it, the best reference I have is here, though be warned it's got hella Nier Rein spoilers. hard to find a video of levania talking that... doesn't have them.

OLFACTORY: Metal. Dust. ...Vague notes of energy drink?

DEMEANOR: Very brusque, gruff... and there's a definite sense of power to his steps. He stalks or lumbers, and though can be caught while zoned out and inattentive, he never seems quite at peace.

IN CHARACTER PERMISSIONS

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: "Do not touch me." / despite what levania says, do it
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yes, though despite his looks, he's a noncombatant who's got nothing on even a novice dreamer.

NOT INTERESTED IN: unsure, will update-- but in general, despite his looks and gruff persona, Levania is actually someone invested in trying to do right by people, even as he tells himself he's careless scum. he'll act the heel, but he won't actually make a good bad guy if that's something you need.
